Pastel Hair Envy & Giveaway Winners

Aloha Sprinklerinos,

Three weeks in and I'm still in love with my hair. Call me vain, I don't care, I can't help my feeling of hair joy. They are made all the stronger considering I was the child at primary school who's Mum put a bowl on her head and cut round it to make a nice 'style'. Back then I could only have dreamt of having swishy My-Little-Pony styled locks.

If you would like to know more about more new do, pop by tomorrow where I have a full, dedicated post scheduled.

pastel_hair
(Image. I must say, I've seen this image all over twitter and pinterest so I'm not sure where it originates from)

With my new found pink love, I have been spending a lot of time on Pinterest (nothing new there then) looking at amazing hair ideas. From crazy complicated plaits to the most incredible dye job above, I've swooned over it. Where shall I go once I'm bored of the pink? Purple??

Pastel love aside, two weeks ago in THIS blog post, Pantene offered to giveaway 5 of their 1 Minute Wonder Ampoules to 5 lucky readers of Sprinkle of Glitter. If you see your name below, you are one of those lucky duckies.

If you can see your name up there, please email me on louise@gleamdigital.com with the subject, 'I WON THE PANTENE GIVEAWAY' and we can arrange your prize to be posted.

I'm rather enjoying these little giveaway treats and hope to make it a regular feature. I have something very exciting lined up for next week!

What would be your dream hairstyle?

(Oh good, blogger won't allow me to centre the above. Thanks internet)

  4. I absolutely love your pink hair! If I were braver, I would love to dye my hair lilac, but for now I don't have the courage to dye my hair anything other than the usual brown tones.

When my little sister's hair began to grow back after she finished chemotherapy she dyed her hair so many colors, one of them being pretty much the same tone of pink that your hair currently is!

  5. I love your hair Louise! I always have the intentions of going into the hairdressers and saying "do something different and crazy! It's in your hands!" ... But I never do. Maybe one day it'll happen.

  11. Awww I'm really looking forward to your post tomorrow Louise!

With my hair I've always wanted to have it dark with neon coloured highlights. But I'm so worried! I love my natural hair colour, and I'm worried that if I dye it the colour will change :( I've had all red hair before - like metalic red, and I loved it. I've also had the bottom half done purple before! Sigh... I miss having coloured hair.

I think mint would suit you on the ends if you can find it :p

  23. Hi Louise! I have been thinking about dip dying my hair a pastel pink and a turquoise/mermaid blue colour for a while. I've left secondary school now and i am starting sixth form in september where i'm allowed to colour my hair. The new sense of freedom and my hair finally being long enough to dip dye it. You kind of pushed me to actually do it after i saw your hair. So in the next couple of weeks when i get paid i'll be bleaching the tips of my hair and dying it! When i was young my mum amde me have my hair super short after it being the length to my bum! I was devastated so it's finally grown to a length i love and i'm so happy! Can't wait to be a my little pony hair doer like you!

I love it, but I still want it longer. Also, I've had it ombred but I think I want to go back to a nice dark brown all over for winter, but I do love my ombre. Yeah, I have a personal dilemma over here....haha.

  49. I wish I could have pastel baby pink hair with some pastel yellow highlights. I love the color combination and I would love to sport it, but when you're applying to jobs and whatnot that kind of hairstyle wouldn't be optimal XD One of my biggest regrets is not trying this hairstyle out while I was in school and I had no responsibilities other than being a responsible student. When I get the opportunity to do my hair however I like and dress code doesn't matter, I would like to try this hair color!

I'm naturally a brunette but I love having a bit of blonde in my hair - I used to have ombre hair but I had it all chopped off because it went dead! It was so long aswell :-( but now I've settled with collar-bone length hair (if thats a thing) and blonde highlights which the sun has turned bleach blonde, brilliant! xx
